- 3 days of dedicated conference space
- unlimited discussion of hot topics TBD by attendees (e.g. launch strategies, ads, project planning and management, maximizing social media impact, etc.)
- the company of other indie authors who are serious about indie success and serious income potential
Meeting Details:
- 9 am - 5 pm on February 21, 22, 23 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- there will be breaks for lunch on your own
- there will be lots of time to socialize and network

PLEASE NOTE: The hotel must be paid in full, up front, for the conference room; therefore there are NO REFUNDS of the registration fee for this event.

Attendees may choose to stay at the Hilton for the convenience of being in the same hotel as the event venue. There is no group block; simply use whatever points (Hilton Honors, AAA, etc.) you have or whatever deal you find on-line to get the best rate.
Club Quarters is 3 blocks (a 5 minute walk) from the Hilton FiDi, at 424 Clay Street. We were able to obtain a block of guest rooms at Club Quarters at a special rate for conference attendees:

- Sunday $289
NOTE: Room rates are based on single occupancy. Add $18 per additional person per room, per night. Room rates do not include taxes.

RESERVATIONS: You may book your room at the special UnConference rate by using the group reservation phone number, group code, and dedicated weblink, which will be provided in your confirmation email after you register.
NOTE: The special UnCon rate is available until January 20th 2020. However, the room block is limited. Once they are all booked, we cannot get any more at this rate. We recommend that you book your room quickly! (In the past the rooms have sold out within 48 hours)
Club Quarters ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY: Credit card required to guarantee room. $50 USD charge for cancellation after 12 pm the day before arrival. 100% of first night for cancellation after 12 pm day of arrival.

[NOTE: If there is an emergency and you do have to cancel, there are usually people who would like a room, so you might be able to work out a substitution. But that would have to be arranged between individuals. The group rate expires officially on January 20, 2020, and the hotel is under no obligation to provide the group rate to any reservation after that point.]
